Alicia is the founder of Family First Holistic Hub and a registered osteopath with over 10 years of clinical experience. She graduated from RMIT University in 2016 and has since continued to expand her knowledge and skills, developing a particular passion for women’s health, pregnancy and postnatal care.
More recently, Alicia completed further studies in the osteopathic approach to pediatric care. This has expanded her knowledge in the assessment and management of musculoskeletal concerns in newborns, infants and children.
Alicia is also a qualified Infant Massage Instructor, helping parents and caregivers develop confidence in using safe, nurturing touch to connect with their babies.
In addition, she holds qualifications in Life Coaching and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). Her training in these areas complements her osteopathic practice by supporting her approach to communication, goal setting, patient education and understanding the broader factors that can influence a person’s wellbeing.
Alicia has also been involved in educating future healthcare professionals through her work as a clinical supervisor at Victoria University and lecturer at Endeavour College.
Outside the clinic, Alicia enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, making memories and travelling the world.

David is a qualified primary school teacher who graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Primary Education in 2015. He has more than a decade of experience teaching grades 1-6 in both Government and Independent Schools.
David has undertaken further training in Mathematical pedagogy, acquiring expertise in his content knowledge, including Mathematical language, conceptual developmental stages and a continuum of effective strategies related to the four primary operations of Mathematics. Furthermore, David has expertise in how students best explore and build the foundations of and then deepen, their understanding of Mathematical concepts.
David’s approach to English instruction is anchored in a systematic phonological approach, ensuring that students know the code of English through initial sounds, digraphs and trigraphs to support their reading and spelling skills. This is taught alongside irregular words where those rules may not apply. For example, in the words ‘laugh’ and ‘enough’.
He is particularly interested in improving parents’ confidence and skills in supporting their children’s learning at home. David works with parents to understand what is being taught to their children, how it is taught and why it is being taught that way.
Outside of work, David enjoys spending time with his family and children, playing cricket and exercising.
